We look forward to welcoming your child into our Child Development Center Family!

The staff at the Child Development Center are excited to welcome you into our family! In order to create a relationship between the Center and your family as well as to reduce any confusion over forms, we require a meeting with either our Administrative Assistant or Director before your child’s start date.

Among the registration requirements:

• All registration forms need to be completed and submitted at least three business days prior to start date
• Also at that time, a registration fee and a week’s tuition must be submitted
• A physical is needed within 25 days of enrollment. Documentation from a physician is required, as is an updated immunization chart. The immunization chart needs to be further updated every six months for children under the age of two and once between the fourth and sixth birthdays.
• Proof of age and identity (examples: certified copy of a birth certificate, birth registration card, notification of birth – hospital, physician, or midwife record, passport, copy of placement agreement or entrustment agreement from a child placing agency, if applicable or most current Virginia Public Schools report card.)
